Pricing


You can pay for your trip in four installments or all at once. It's important to keep up with the payments you owe, when you make a payment we'll book activities and hotels on your behalf. Be sure to let us know if you anticipate making a late payment so that we can hold onto your spot. Sign-ups for the trip will be open until it is full; if you're joining late, just pay your deposit (sending your £250 payment via the paypal.me link when you click "Book Now") to confirm your spot and catch up with the remaining payments later.

Prices are based on double occupancy – this means you will be paired with another solo traveler or a friend of your choice. You can also opt in for a single room.

Step 1. Review details

Ensure the dates and trip price work for you. If you have any questions please schedule a call with our team. Once you are ready to book that dream vacay go ahead and pay your deposit! Please note spots are open on a rolling basis until the trip is sold out. We highly suggest securing your spot on the trip by paying your deposit promptly.

Step 2. Pay deposit

Once your trip is confirmed, you will gain access to your trip group chat where you can meet & connect with the other travelers and coordinate flights. You will receive monthly payment reminders and updates leading up to departure with everything you need from a finalized itinerary to travel guides, a packing list and more!

Step 3. Pack your bags!

Arrive and get ready for an adventure! Our suggestion would be to look for arrival time in the early afternoon as check in starts at 2pm. If you arrive early, you will have more time to settle into your hotel and explore while getting adjusted to your new surroundings! Our welcome dinner starts in the evening at 8pm, this is where our official introduction begins!

Here are answers to some common questions. 

  • What airport should we arrive in?

    Your international flight will arrive at Dubai International Airport. (Airport code: DXB). Need help finding the right flight to Bali? - Email info@oremitravels.com and we will help you find the best flight, please be sure to send the state/country of departure and all necessary information.

  • Are visas required for entry into Dubai?

    If you are a passport holder of countries such as Australia, Canada, and the United States of America, no advance visa arrangements are required to visit the UAE. Simply disembark your flight at Dubai International Airport and proceed to Immigration, where your passport will be stamped with a 30-days visit visa-free of charge.

  • What's the weather like in December / January?

    Amazing! Don’t forget to bring your shades, sunscreen and a hat or headscarf.  For reference, expect highs of between 25°C (77 F) to 28°C (88 F) in the day, and lows of 16°C (61 F) to 19°C (66 F) at night

  • How much free time do I get?

    The itinerary offers some free time in the afternoons/evenings, so you can relax, go out exploring, or go shopping. All activities are optional, so feel free to skip something if you would like to have extra downtime!

  • What time is check in and check out?

    Check in starts at 2pm on December 27th and check out is at 10am on January 2nd

  • What is the single occupancy fee?

    If you would prefer to have your own room there is an additional one time fee of $1000

  • Can I come alone or bring a friend?

    Yes, you definitely can come with a friend or even a spouse or partner. With Oremi travels you can come with a friend or come solo and make new friends along the way. 

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

    Yes! At Oremi travels we are very accommodating. We understand your plans may change abruptly. Should you inform us 60 days before your trip, we will refund your payment as travel credit that can be used for future trips, keeping only your deposit which is used to secure the accommodation and is non-refundable. 

  • What about COVID?

    Great question. Dubai is now fully opened -- you do however need a PCR test for Abu Dhbai tours. We will help you book this to be done at the convenience of your hotel.
